The Mavericks fan who obtained tossed from a recreation this week for a heated trade with Mark Cuban tells TMZ Sports activities he looks like his rights have been violated … and he is now contemplating taking authorized motion.

As Taylor — who was upset over the way in which the Dallas GM traded away Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this month — started riling up a crowd round him … Cuban obtained up from his courtside seat and advised him to cease.
