Sabrina Carpenter is a singer, songwriter and actress. She had an enormous 12 months together with her album Quick n’ Candy, which got here out in August 2024. It debuted at #1, and went platinum inside a month. On the upcoming Grammys, she’s nominated for Track of the Yr, File of the Yr, Album of the Yr, Finest New Artist, and extra. Certainly one of her large hits is “Please Please Please,” which she wrote with Amy Allen and producer Jack Antonoff. He’s gained Producer of the Yr on the Grammys for the final three years in a row. For this episode, I talked to Sabrina and Jack about all the pieces that went into making “Please Please Please.”
