Michael W. Mosser (@mwmosser)is the Director of the Middle for European Research (CES) and Affiliate Professor of Instruction on the College of Texas at Austin with appointments within the Division of Authorities and the Worldwide Relations and International Research (IRG) program. From 2022 to August 2024, he was the Govt Director of the International Disinformation Lab (GDIL), in addition to a Distinguished Scholar within the Robert S. Strauss Middle for Worldwide Safety and Legislation.

Dan G Cox is a professor of political science on the US Military College of Superior Army Research.  He has written broadly on the way forward for warfare. He served within the NATO partnership for Peace on a mission to Armenia.
