Barbara Williams-Skinner, a public coverage strategist and voting rights advocate, and Mack McCarter, founder and coordinator of Neighborhood Renewal Worldwide, will probably be honored with awards Monday (Oct. 7) by the Middle for Christianity and Public Life at its second annual summit in Washington.
